Between Historical and Modern
Our offices are in Villa Pallavicino, an ancient patrician house built in the XVII century, a surface of 2,500sqm on four levels where our students live the years of their study in a fascinating and comfortable environment. The rooms have any comfort, air-conditioned and floor services. A welcoming reception, different lounges for the students, four dance halls and an indoor restaurant, these are the main elements of the structure. The College offers also its recreational activities, with an after class service, dedicated also to the students from Genoa. During the whole day the students are always followed by the tutors and the teachers.
The recent restoration
Villa Pallavicino has been recently restored, taking into consideration the limits imposed by the competent Authority concerning cultural heritage, the restoration mainly aimed at putting together history and tradition with the technology and advanced techniques for the realization of a building that, even when preserving the charm and the uniqueness of the structure, guarantees a return in terms of image and at the same time being able to offer services and technologies provided by the modern office centres.
The wide halls and the big slate staircase preserve unaltered the splendour of the vaulted ceilings, the columns, the marbles, the slate and wooden floors combined with a sophisticated computerized air-conditioning and heating system for each single environment.
